SpicePress provides three different variations for the header: a Header Standard, Header Overlap, and Header classic as shown in the images below.

To choose, in your WP-Admin Panel, head over to Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Header Variant settings, and make your selection.

1. Configuring the Header Standard

The Standard header features a white background bar above the image and a Topbar section.
In the top bar, you can add widgets both in the left and right areas.
You can add further information in Appearance >> Customize >> Widget.
See instructions and images below.

a. Add content to the top header’s left sidebar area

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Top header sidebar left area

Click on “Add a widget”. This will open a sidebar listing all the available widgets. Click on the ones you wish to add and complete them with the required information.

You can choose any of the widgets available. To replicate our demo use the “ST: Social Icon“and “ST: Header Info” widgets.

b. Add content to the top header’s right sidebar area

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Top header sidebar right area

Proceed in the same way to add widgets to the right area of your Top Header. In our demo, we used  “ST: Social Icon“ and “ST: Header Info Widget”.

2. Configuring the Header Classic

The Classic header provides you a widget-ready area above the image. You can choose any widget for this area, and you can add and manage your widgets as described below:

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Classic header widget area

Click on “Add a widget”. This will open a sidebar listing all the available widgets. Click on the ones you wish to add and complete them with the required information.

You can choose any of the widgets available. To replicate our demo use the “ST: Classic Header Info” widget.

3. Configuring the Header Overlap

The Overlap header DOES NOT offer a widget-ready area. The header will show your uploaded logo (make sure it is on a transparent background) and your menu, as in the image below.

4. Configuring the Header Center
